I was invited along to an interview with the agency theater director which would last approx. I spent a dispense of time preparing for the interview. But it was non a very heartfelt start. The office manager and his partner was asked me just some standard question homogeneous they wanted to know about myself, my weakness, and wherefore I want to do this job? And his behavior was like my job is not a high position so he didnt show me enough attention. In fact other staff had the similar problem, some employees showed no commitment and they take full benefit of the lack of presence from the office manager.
