Question of: The Rights of Street Children

alarm that an estimate by UNICEF of a 100 million children were growing up on urban roads around the world,

Concerned that boys and girls immemorial under 18 the passage (including unoccupied dwellings and wasteland) has twist kin and their source of livelihood, and who are inadequately protected or supervised,

Recognizing that street children deserve special attention,

Aware that countries such as, Russia, China, India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Romania, Brazil and The Philippines invite the largest street children populations,

Profoundly concerned about killings of street children,

sense that every child has the right to live a becoming life and be free from any exploitative or harmful activity. Poverty prevents children from reaching their full potential,

Noting that children roam the streets sell candy, cigarettes and toys, shining shoes, picking through garbage, and begging. Street children may become victims of sexual abuse and drug peddlers, or take on dangerous habits or participating in petty crime,

1. Calls upon states to tone up international cooperation, commitment and mutual assistance, by sharing goodish practices, research, policies, monitoring and capacity building;

Calls for the creation of a oecumenical mass media campaign with assistance from UNOs and NGOs, victimisation all type of media including but not limited to billboards, video recording programmes, leaflets, newspapers and radio which would:

(a) Call for global cooperation in eradicating the problem of street children and their rights;

3. Urges the punishment of street childrens parents for acts of neglect for example manacles;

4. Calls for the establishment of a UN body to be called UNPSCR ( United Nations security department of Street Childrens Rights) which will be responsible for:
