In almost all story, real or fiction, a supernatural federal actor is identified and plays a key role in the events and outcomes for the characters. While many people believe a supernatural agent has to be something that ca handlings the impossible to happen, magic is defined as anything that has the ability of apparently influencing the course of events by using cloak-and-dagger or supernatural forces. Personally I connect to to this motion because I dont necessarily believe in magic, but I do believe in bunch and the impact legitimate objects or things can oblige that we have no control over. Vladimir Propps morphology of a folktale illustrates how stories are often written to fit a certain mold that has proved to appeal to a wide audience. The use of a charming agent is one of Propps ideas include in the mold of these popular stories. The story of Sakuntala and the movie Taal two demonstrate the use of Vladimir Propps notion of a magical agent. First, I pass on describe the importance of the ring in Sakuntala and how it affects the characters in the story.



Second, I will examine how the necklace, Brownie the dog, and the scarf can all be viewed as magical agents in Taal, however, I view the scarf as the most serious and the agent with the most significant impact of the characters. Finally, I will display the similarities throughout the two works and the magical agent as in most stories.
While not every story has a magic genie or a mirror granting your every wish, every story has something that has the power to mysteriously impact future events.
