I am writing this letter to explain my unfortunate label of circumstances that have caused me to become delinquent on my mortgage. I have d whizz everything in my power to make ends pair but unfortunately I have locomote unequal and would like you to consider working with me to modify my loan. My number one goal is to keep my home and I would really pry the opportunity to do that.
The main reason that caused me to be deeply is because I recently lost my job. Soon after organism late and my income not being nearly enough, I had fallen further and further behind. Now, its to the point where I cannot chip in to pay what is owed to Wells Fargo. It is my full intention to pay what I owe. But at this time I have tire all of my income and resources so I am turning to you for help.
I separated from my job on January 14, 2012 and I believe that this is only a temporary situation.
My situation has got better because I am collecting unemployment and I feel that a loan adaptation would benefit me. I would appreciate if you can work with me to note or delinquent amount owed and or payment so I can keep my home and also kick in to make amends with your firm.
I truly hope that you give consider working with me and I am anxious to operate this settled so we all can move on.
