MEMO TO: tout ensemble InterClean Managers FROM: Jason Raines RE: Behavior As you argon aware of the up climax merger with EnviroTech, Im posting the memo to go over a few key points when it comes to the behavior of our supervisory team. As managers we have to think ethically and answerable when it comes to our duties and provision of old and new employees. When a problem arrives we need to be able to tackle it head on and solve it as quickly as we can, when it comes to employee problems we have to use our people skills to come up to them morally with proper decision making to ensure the temper decision is made. We have to lead by example to evolve see and loyalty from our employees with all this said and done we should be able to control certain outcomes and keep the trading lamentable in a forward direction. Clearly this is a fourth dimension for us to shine and with this merger show those new employees what we are all about here at InterClean. Now that I have pointed out virtually of the things we need to focus on I would like to take a minute to look at with you some of the things that might happen if we are not responsible managers.

One thing that can happen we loose respect from our employees and this can cause productivity to take a plummet. When employees do not respect who is charge it is hard to direct them in the direction we are trying to go because they do not take you seriously. If product and quality decline then the business looses it reputation and sales begin to decline along with clients. So I cannot stress the importance of caring about your crack employees.
