November Dance

After watching all five segments of the November Dance, I determined to write astir(predicate) the second piece, which was called Dance Dance Dance! This was such an interesting piece! At first, when the leaprs came out of the shroud onto the stage, I kept thinking wow, I havent seen a presentational dance during our dance 100 class, permit alone in a very long sequence. I noticed they all had make up on similar to the kind of make up I would fatigue for my dances or plays when I was in middle school; very dramatic! The costumes accredited to Jess Gersz were extremely flashy, and looked like it could have been half-hearted out on a normal day, and not well(p) this dance. Dance Dance Dance is a dance that serves a purpose of entertainment, with an underlying message that makes the auditory modality think about and question that certain type of dancing (which is entertainment, such as competition or cheering).
The one segment of the piece that all stood out to me was the part of the show where there was a microphone passed to one of the girls, and a couple dancers were throwing out t-shirts to the audience. It was at this menstruation where I realized how this piece was created to create a farce of competition dancing.

The dancers come along the sides of the audience in the aisles and protrude to cheer to pump up the audience. They try doing this by height their hands in a pumping motion, and vocally encouraging the audience to chime into the yelling and cheering.
